SMS Opt-In

This page shows how clients of Pop-Up Pet Vax PLLC (formerly PETVAX4LESS, PLLC) opt in to text messages. Clients check in at our clinics by scanning a QR code posted at the check-in table, which opens our check-in form on their phone. The form has two optional, unchecked boxes, each directly below the client's mobile number: one for texts from Pop-Up Pet Vax about today's visit, and one for vaccine reminders from Pop-Up Pet Vax.
