Good to know before you arrive
- Walk-ins welcome. No appointment needed.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, pay-by-phone, and cash.
- Saturday clinics start at 9 AM. Sunday clinic times are listed on each individual event.
- Typical visit: about 30 minutes from check-in to departure.

Arrive early: Please come at least 15 minutes before the clinic's scheduled end time. Showing up right at closing may mean we can't get to your pet before we pack up.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to bring?
If you have your pet's previous vaccine records, please bring them — it helps us recommend exactly what your pet needs and avoid unnecessary boosters. If you don't have records, that's okay; we'll work with you. Dogs: a leash. Cats: a carrier (it keeps them safe and calm around other animals). If your pet is anxious or doesn't get along well with others, just let our team know at check-in and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring multiple pets?
Absolutely — bring as many as you'd like. Each pet is checked in separately so we can keep their records accurate. To keep your visit moving quickly, it helps to know in advance which services each pet needs. Our Pricing & Services page is a good place to plan ahead.
How long are the waits?
A typical visit takes about 30 minutes from check-in to departure. Waits can occasionally be longer during peak times, but they're almost always under an hour. Because we hold smaller, more frequent clinics — including weekly clinics at our most popular locations — we deliberately avoid the multi-hour waits and turn-aways that can happen at large mass events.
Am I eligible to come if I don't live in one of these areas?
Yes — anyone is welcome at any of our clinics, regardless of where you live. The areas listed are just where our pop-up clinics are physically held. If a location is convenient for you, come on by.
